Clusters earthquakes that are close in space and time into sequences, using a single-link approach with an explicit distance and time threshold that both appear in the result. For each sequence you get the strongest event, the events that preceded it and those that followed, the duration, the spatial extent, the magnitude range and the rate of events per day. The naming is deliberate: the fields are before_strongest and after_strongest, not foreshocks and aftershocks.
